Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order through Skyfaire Living you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and has its original packaging, tags, and labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt on file with our store.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skyfaireliving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to return a product?

  • By mail – customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return address will be provided once return request has been initiated and authorized.

What is the restocking fee?

  • Up to 25% restocking fee.

How to receive the return label?

  • For defective products: Download/print
  • For customer remorse: Customer responsibility

The product conditions that we allow for returns

  • New, unused, with original packaging

All products need to be returned as an unused item. Returns require a prior shipping label preapproval from the manufacturer / vendor and refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
