Your spaโ€™s filter plays a key role in water sanitation. To keep your spa functioning properly and your spa water clean, we recommend cleaning the filter after every use with running water to remove small particles of debris.

If you are unable to wash off the dirt, or the filter is discolored or softened, it should be replaced.

How often your spaโ€™s filter needs replaced will depend on how often you use your spa.

Keeping your spa covered when not in use and cleaning the filter after each use will prolong the life of the filter. We advise changing the filter at least once after 1 or 2 weeks of use.

The MSpa LF90 Filter Cartridges are compatible will all MSpas. Utilizes existing base for installation.

MSpa offers FREE shipping across the lower 48 states with the USA. The courier used is FedEx.

Shipping timelines depend on the shipping address, usually delivered within 4-7 business days (1 to 2 business days handling + 3 to 5 business days transit time).

๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

30-Day return policy if they meet the following terms:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with labels intact
  • Receipt of purchase and image of the original products packaging must be present
  • 25% restocking fee applies to any refunds issued on returned merchandise

Buyerโ€™s Remorse Purchases: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

MSpaยฎ has been manufactured with reliability and simplicity in mind. All products have been inspected and found free of defects prior to leaving the factory. MSpa guarantees this product against any defects identified in the material or workmanship for a period of:

  • Spa pool liner โ€“ twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase
  • Electrical parts (control box) โ€“ twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase
  • Spa rigid wall frames โ€“ twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and MSpa requires the presentation of the original proof of purchase to ascertain the date. During the warranty period, MSpa will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective products. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping/freight when returning the defective parts to MSpa

Warranty Terms

This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or any other reason beyond MSpaโ€™s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • normal wear and tear, negligence, or failure to follow the product instructions
  • improper or inadequate maintenance
  • connection to an improper power supply
  • chemical water damage, loss of pool water, unauthorized product modification or repair
  • use for commercial purposes
  • fire, lightning, flood, or other external causes

This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase in such countries where MSpa sells and services the same model with identical technical specifications. Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service. Where the cost of repairs or replacement is not covered by this warranty, MSpa will advise the owners and the cost shall be charged to the owner.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and terminates upon any transfer of ownership.

All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be pre-authorized by ORPC through an accredited distributor or agent provided that the defective part be returned to the distributor or agent Transportation Prepaid, if requested.

ORPC will not be liable for the cost of any workmanship carried out by an unauthorized service person.

Products marked with both MSpa and importer are governed exclusively by the warranty provided by the importer.

Warranty Registration

Please always keep the purchase receipt and warranty card in case of a future warranty inquiry. All claims must be submitted to an MSpa-authorized dealer or service partner.

It is essential that all submitted claims provide all the necessary information, including Customer name, Purchase Receipt, Serial No., Product No., Problem, and Parts requested.
