Orders and Shipping

Our processing time is 1-2 days. Delivery time for small items is 3-5 business days. 

Delivery for large items via freight shipping (standard curbside delivery) is 3-5 business days.

For large items, you should receive a text or call from the trucking company to schedule the delivery time that is suitable for you.

This is a standard delivery method for large items and is free for most products. Curbside delivery means your item will arrive in its original factory boxes outside of your property. 

The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway and you will be responsible for taking it inside your residence or business. You may want to ask a friend for their assistance the day of delivery.

Yes, for large items (curbside delivery), you should receive a text or call from the trucking company to schedule the delivery.

You can create an account during checkout.

We could only change your shipping address before the item ships out. There’s no guarantee we can do it because we process quickly with our vendor.

We recommend to triple check your shipping information during checkout to make sure everything is correct.

You have 2 hours after the order is placed to cancel your order for a full 100% refund. 

Beyond that, we have processed your order and cancellation fees as outlined below will apply 👇.

Orders cancelled before shipping have a 3% to 5% fee due to non-refundable credit card transaction fee.

Saunas have a 25% restocking fee and must be unused in their original box. Affirm instalments have a 10% non-refundable merchant fee for cancelled orders.

You will receive a FedEx/UPS/DHL tracking number for small item delivery. You can track your order here.

For large item using freight carrier, tracking is not available. But you will be in contact directly with the trucking company to schedule the delivery.

We don’t have access to your credit card information as the payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe).

We don’t charge sales tax.

Unfortunately, no. We currently only ship within the US (48 lower states).

Your items may come in multiple packages. We work with many vendors and brands and they have warehouses in different locations. So, your packages may come at different times.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and has its original packaging, tags, and labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt on file with our store.

Signing for the receipt of a damaged product removes the liability of the shipping company and Skyfaire Living. Once you accept your shipment as non-damaged, the item is your property.

All damages and/or missing parts must be reported to Skyfaire Living within 5 days of the date that you accept delivery (and returned within 30 days of purchase), prior to installation.
